Tips For Avoiding The 3D Reality And Circumstances

Learning how to use the techniques of the Law of Assumption, such as visualising and affirmations, is actually the easy part.

These are simple to do and easy to add to your routine.

The challenging part comes when you have to deal with your current 3D reality.


Your reality and circumstances right now are simply a reflection of your old assumptions. Until your new assumptions are hardened into fact, it can be difficult to look past the 3D and see what you are trying to manifest.


Here are some tips to help you avoid or at least put less emphasis on what you see, and keep looking at what you want to manifest into your reality.





The World is a Mirror, and Will Reflect What You Desire


Everything you see, everything people around you say, every feeling you have, is all based on your own assumptions. This can be a hard pill to swallow, but it can also be really liberating. It helps you understand that you are in complete control. So, if you want to achieve your desired life, you CAN!


What you are living and experiencing in your reality is a reflection of your assumptions. This means anything in the 3D you aren’t happy with doesn’t matter because you created it. It also means you can ignore those circumstances and assume they no longer exist.



Circumstances Don’t Matter


Nothing is permanent in your life unless you want it to be, or you assume it is.

You are not a victim of your circumstances, you created them. While most assumptions occur without your knowledge, it doesn’t mean you can’t change them consciously.

Whenever you see something in your reality that doesn’t align with what you are trying to affirm, simply affirm it doesn’t exist.


You don’t see it, it doesn’t matter; it doesn’t change your reality.


You can even say to yourself or out loud, “No, this isn’t happening. This isn’t a part of my reality”. Then just move on and don’t think about it anymore.



Stop Checking the 3D Reality


Checking your 3D is a way of trying to get validation, to find proof that your manifestations are coming true. But if you really assume you are already living in the wish fulfilled, why would you need confirmation? This is why checking the status of your manifestations can often push them further away.


You need to find a place of neutrality, where you just live your life, do your affirmations, use visualizations, and know for a fact, without a doubt, your desires will exist in this reality. There is no reason to be impatient, constantly waiting, checking for confirmation, because you already know it is fact. It will manifest in this reality because it is done.



Loop Your Visualisation and Affirmations


If you are still struggling with the circumstances in your 3D and can’t shake them or stop reacting, simply take a few extra minutes to cycle through your affirmations every time you feel like reacting.


If you are trying to manifest a specific person, and that person sends a text that upsets you and is the opposite of what you want to hear from them, just take a deep breath and pull out your affirmations. The ones that relate to manifesting what you want with your specific person. Get into a positive headspace by cycling through these affirmations, looping them as long as it takes until you have relaxed and you feel positive about your relationship again.



Don’t React To What You See


This is really important, and perhaps one of the best ways to handle the 3D and circumstances, without letting them affect your manifestations.


Simply don’t react to them.


Don’t pay them any mind or act like they are existing. Just go about living your life, do your affirmations, and that’s all you have to do.


In addition to using affirmations, you can also use your visualisations. If you are able to, close your eyes and push aside the current reality, and instead bring up your scene that you loop. Focus in on this scene, feel the happiness and the joy, see yourself living your dream life, find your happy place in the wish fulfilled.


Keep looping this visualisation just as you did with affirmations until you feel relaxed and know you don’t have to react because what you want is already existing. You have full faith in it because that is your assumption.
